Vendor Information and Requirements
- Early entry for Wednesday is available for approved vendors
- Must be onsite no later than 12pm Thursday
- Sales are allowed through 2pm Sunday
- Must depart by 4pm Sunday
- Wifi is not available, but signal tends to be pretty good
Vendors are asked to contribute merchandise towards the volunteer raffle. We will promote your business and the items you’re contributing leading up to the event, and will also announce your business during the raffle held on Sunday at closing ceremonies. Check the vendor application for information on the expected retail value of your contribution.
We love promoting our vendors on Facebook and Instagram! If you send us a picture of your raffle contributions we can use that for posting about you.
It would also be great if you told your audience that you’re attending the next FLAME Festival! The best link to use would be our event page on Facebook, but our main page or website is fine as well.
